All schools have a governing body which is composed of people that fit the governing skills audit to provide a wide-ranging skill set that best aids the school and its development. These are as follows:
1. Parent governors.
2. Staff-elected governor.
3. Co-opted governors.
4. The Headteacher
The governing body meets once per half term, to discuss:

- The school's budget, ensuring value for money, as well as overseeing matters of health, safety and welfare.
