  • OFSTED November 2016

    Tue 29 Nov 2016 L Selden
On Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th of November OFSTED came to inspect the school. The Inspector was delighted by what he saw and heard from the pupils, parents and staff. Everyone in school is pleased with the rating of 'Good' but we are even more pleased by the wonderful positive comments in the report itself. If you would like to read the report, it is in the Key Information section of the website.
  • Children in Need

    Wed 23 Nov 2016
This year for Children in Need we asked the children to dress in 1980's fancy dress. I'm sure you will agree they all looked fantastic.
  • Remembrance Day

    Wed 23 Nov 2016

We held a special assembly on Friday 11th November to mark Remembrance Day. Mr John Millin a resident of Rampton joined us and played his bagpipes before and after the two minute silence. John's father, Mr Bill Millin, marched the soldiers onto Sword Beach in France playing his bagpipes on D-Day.

Bill Millin came to visit Rampton school in 1986 and played his bagpipes for us.

Class 3 and 4 made clay poppies in honour of Remembrance Day.

  • The Blue Hut

Tue 08 Nov 2016 Louise Selden
Yesterday we held the grand opening for the Blue Hut. Lyz James came with Lee from West Burton Power Station and we thanked them again for all of their hard work. The Blue Hut looks amazing and we are all excited to use it regularly for clubs and learning.
